Q: How do I submit a listing?
A: To submit a listing, Click on Submit Listing from the top navigation panel. Register your information and proceed through the steps.
Q: I am unable to see my listing?
A: Your listing will appear in the directory once it has been validated. Once your listing has been validated and the website has been updated you will be able to see your listing, either from browsing the directory or typing it into the search box. This process will usually take no longer than 3 working days.
Q: Can I choose more than 1 category to add my company to?
A: Currently we only allow for one category listing per company. This may change in the future so watch this space!
Q: Why does my logo/image look stretched showing?
A: In order to maintain a clean and easy format for our users, we only allow images to appear within certain boundaries. This means larger images are automatically scaled down. We recommend using 100×90 px. However you can upload any image size.
Q: My questions isn’t here, how do I conact you?
A: You can contact us via our email enquiry form, our team will try to respond to your query within 3 working days. Please note that if your question has already been answered above then your enquiry may not be responded too.
